| | Model of the car: | Mazda 626 ES | | | General comments: | I'm glad to see Mazda is no longer producing this car. I have only owned this car 5 months and it only has 61K miles on it. I have spent over $1000 in engine and transmission repairs this far. I have owned a few Mazdas in the past and never had a problem. The 626 is not a car to buy used! Walk away no matter the price. A lot of used 626s will be previous rental cars, so most likely the engines and transmissions were treated rough. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | This car will keep you in the service department. |
