| | Model of the car: | Mazda 626GE | | | General comments: | My family and I are Honda and Mazda people. We've owned many of both and have always been very happy with either makes. We hold both the Accord, Camry and 626 at the same level of quality and reliability, but the Honda and Toyota usually have much better resale value, therefore we got a much better deal with the 626 as a used car. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Mazda dealers and their service departments. I've owned many great Mazdas, but I've often been very disappointed with their dealer network. Usually, either the salesmen or service managers are unfriendly or not trustworthy. There are good Mazda dealerships out there, but I feel only about 25% are at the level they should be. Definately not the same treatment one would get at a Lexus, BMW, or MB dealership. | | | Previous car: | Honda Accord, Toyota Camry |
