1993 Mazda 626GE Review, Mark Hodgson, From Kannapolis

	Model of the car:	Mazda 626 ES
	General comments:	We have had nothing but problems from this car. Not long after we purchased the car the engine light came on. We had the oxygen sensors replaced($300)and then the transmission starts to make an odd burping sound when slowing down. This car has been well maintained by us but still has turned out to be total crap. I constantly seem to be spending money on the car and things never improve. The steering makes a funny groaning noise when turning and the car idols terribly during summer months especially when running the air conditioning and usually the engine will shut off at intersections.I will probably stay away from Mazda in the future and try my luck with a different manufacturer.
	What things have gone wrong with the car:	This car has been the money pit from hell and looks to be getting worse. The transmission is total crap, the same can be said about the steering , suspension and the brakes. The car needs constant repairs done to it. There is a slow oil leak that no one seems to be able to fix(the oil pressure sensor) This car was made in the 90's which seems to be a bad thing as far as Mazda's are concerned.
	Previous car:	mazda 1988 MX6(which was a great car which we had no problems at all.
